My name is Cesar Modesto Ortiz II. I am 38 years old and was born and raised in Houston, TX. I graduated from Austin High School in East Houston. I have 3 children, (Julian is 16, Cesar is 5 and Andrea is 3.) I love all aspects of baseball. My dad coached me during all my years growing up and since I have had my children, I have been their coach as well. I played baseball in junior college, on a coed recreational team and in a Sunday men’s league. I enjoy rooting for the Houston Astros and attending games when I can squeeze them in my schedule. A few other hobbies I enjoy are watching football, camping, fishing and riding horses. I have been plumbing over 15 years.
